Brigid Kemmerer, the author of More Than We Can Tell, Letters to the Lost, and the Elementals series, will discuss her newest book for teens. A Curse So Dark and Lonely is a lush, contemporary fantasy retelling of Beauty and the Beast. Brigid will be in conversation with author Jennifer Armentrout whose newest book, The Darkest Star, is the first in a romantic science fiction series for teens.
Copies of their books will be available for purchase and signing at this event from Politics and Prose*, with a percentage of the proceeds benefiting the Friends of the Library, Connie Morella Chapter.
