Celebrate Friends and Loved Ones and/or Honor Their Memory
Through FOLMC’s memorials and tributes, you can celebrate a special day or remember a deceased loved one by giving a donation to a cause they cared about. FOLMC will give special recognition to your loved one in our publications. If you choose, FOLMC will also send an acknowledgement to whom you dedicated the gift. Fill out this form to give a gift and email us at office@folmc.org with any messages that should be included to the family.
