Co-sponsored by Friends of the Library, Montgomery County.

A five-week workshop designed to spark interest in robotics and programming through hands on instruction by local teen robotics team, 47 Beavers. Ages 8 to 11.

In this five-week course you will work in small groups with a mentor to build a robot and then learn to program the robot to solve challenges. 

Please register for all five weeks, the dates are Saturday July 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
