Join us for Qigong, a Chinese mind-body-spirit practice that can improve one’s health by focusing on movement and breathing technique. This is a very gentle and relaxing class is designed to reduce stress and improve concentration while promoting a feeling of well-being. This class will be led by Alessia Barbieri de Pierini, a certified instructor of American Tai Chi. Please wear soft soled shoes and loose comfortable clothing.
