Create your own backlight, learn glowing STEM activities and how to transform common household objects into glow-in-the-dark creations. Sponsored by Friends of the Library, Montgomery County.
Join us for this event and practice making your own black light with common household items and see fun ideas to test the fluorescence of items in your home! Hear about fun STEM activities and crafts you can do with your new blacklight, and see a tour of our glowing creepy room. Bring a small flashlight (you can use your grownup’s phone flashlight also) to make a black light. From 2:30 pm-3:30 pm is for only the registered participants and from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm open for walk-ins.
