Engineers go through a lot of steps to make something new – they need to design, build, and test their creations. Engineers usually have certain rules they have to follow also. Join Science Connections to test your engineering skills as you design and build a boat with a limited budget. Next, test your boat for speed and stability!

For grades 1-5.

The Maryland STEM Festival is a month-long celebration of science, technology, engineering and mathematics designed to advance STEM and STEAM education for children and teens that takes place every fall.
