Celebrate National Heart Month with a yoga and mindfulness session, led by the Enrichment Collective’s Ms. LouAnn.

Enjoy meditation and movement in a family-friendly class for our youngest customers and their caregivers. In class, the participants will flow, strengthen, and breathe together, to inspire and lift each other up, no matter your age, zero to 105!

Please bring a mat or towel.

This program is for babies, toddler and preschool-aged children. Adult must accompany children under 8 years of age.

Ms. LouAnn is a certified yoga instructor with a background in early elementary education and psychology. She loves working with preschoolers to blend the wonder and joy that yoga and mindfulness brings with the wonder of that age and stage of life!

The Enrichment Collective believes in the power of creativity, movement and cultural exploration to inspire young minds. They are a team of expert educators, artists and instructors specializing in music, art, dance, yoga and Spanish enrichment for preschoolers. Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.
