Enjoy meditation, movement, and songs in an active, 45-minute family-friendly yoga class for children under 5 with their grown-up. This class uses music, yoga play, props, and stories to help children establish a connection with their caretakers while benefiting from active movement and mindfulness.

Taught by Mariela Gómez, Yoga Instructor

Registration required. All children must be under the age of 5 and accompanied by an adult.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
