will be hosting author, historian, and curator of the International Spy Museum, Vince Houghton. Houghton will be talking about his book Nuking the Moon: And Other Intelligence Schemes and Military Plots Left on the Drawing Board. He will tell some unbelievable tales that are actually true, and some are quite funny. All are welcome to this free event to be held in the Rockville Memorial Library’s 1st floor meeting room.
